Removed the ComponentRepository because there there are no longer different types of ComponentRenderers (all components are now view-components). Also the caching of component-lists has been temporarily removed.

Major refactoring for Riot 8.0. ComponentLists are now stored in a ContentContainer/PageProperties object so that the ComponentListLocator interface is no longer needed. Several classes have been modified to use Java 5 generics.

Renamed several model classes: Content->ValueWrapper, ComponentVersion->Content, VersionContainer->ContentContainer. Created two ContentContainer subclasses: Component and PageProperties. The Component interface has been renamed to ComponentRenderer.

Riot modules can now pass attributes to component forms. For example the riot-pages module now passes the id of the current page to the form, which allows the InternalLinkField to expand the path to the current page.

Riot now tags and invalidates CacheItems transparently when pages or components are accessed in the view.

Restructured the org.riotfamily.components package and removed all cyclic package dependencies. Also the inplace.componentSet macro is no longer needed. You will see a warning message when you view the page in edit-mode.
