Major refactoring for Riot 8.0. ComponentLists are now stored in a ContentContainer/PageProperties object so that the ComponentListLocator interface is no longer needed. Several classes have been modified to use Java 5 generics.

Added FreeMarker functions to create various CSS classes for components based on their position within a list. These functions allow you to assign classes like "first", "last", "even", "odd" and modulo classes like "every-3rd", "every-5th" and so on.

Riot modules can now pass attributes to component forms. For example the riot-pages module now passes the id of the current page to the form, which allows the InternalLinkField to expand the path to the current page.

Restructured the org.riotfamily.components package and removed all cyclic package dependencies. Also the inplace.componentSet macro is no longer needed. You will see a warning message when you view the page in edit-mode.
