(1) The TaggingContext now uses a ThreadLocal instead of storing the current context as request attribute. (2) Each CacheItem now keeps track of all files (templates) involved in the creation of the cached content.

(1) Added the PageProperties class (extends ContentContainer) that has a reference to the Page. (2) Sites can now have custom properties that are stored in a Content object. (3) When page-properties are edited in the frontoffice the default value inherited from the master-page is displayed.

(1) Added the SiteFacade that works like the PageFacade class. (2) Added the SiteBeanNameHandlerMapping which is a Site-aware AdvancedBeanNameHandlerMapping that supports patterns starting with @{sitePrefix*}. (3) The AbstractReverseHandlerMapping no longer uses an AntPathMatcher internally.
