RiotUser no longer implements Serializable and the user property of the UserHolder is now marked as transient. Instead, the UserHolder now additionally stores the userId. If a persisted session is restored, the new UserLookupAuthenticationService interface is used to reload the actual User object. This way the user from the HTTP session can be reused after a server restart, even if the database has been dropped or emptied.

Removed the website-config folder. All config files are now located in riot-config. The form-config.xml, list-config.xml and editor-config.xml files have been renamed to forms.xml, lists.xml and editors.xml. The website-servlet and the riot-servlet now share a single MessageSource (WEB-INF/i18n/messages). All others have been removed.

Factored out the CacheService from the CacheableControllerHandlerAdapter. This makes it easier to use Cachius for non-Spring MVC related tasks. The CachiusResponseWrapper now makes sure that the session state (whether or not to append the jsessionid to URLs) does not change during the request processing. Previously items were discarded when such a change was detected. Another change is that concurrent requests now wait until the first request has updated the cache item, so that stale versions are never delivered to the client.

* Introduced the RiotUser interface. AuthenticationServices must now return an object that implements this interface instead of a String.
This object is stored in the HTTP session and passed to the AuthorizationPolicy which makes it easier to use custom User implementations and policies.
* All occurrences of the word 'principal' have been replaced by 'user'.
* The AuthorizationPolicy no longer takes an EditorDefinition as argument. Instead the AccessController is asked whether the action 'use-editor' is granted.

Commited a bunch of refactorings: riot-pages is now split up into three modules: website, components and pages. The riot-pages code has been rewritten from scratch and now supports translated pages out-of-the-box.

Riot now uses 'riotSessionFactory' and 'riotTransactionManager' instead of 'sessionFactory' and 'transactionManager' beans. Additionally Revolt is now used to create (and evolve) the DB schema.
